Welcome back. This is Evelyn, your Supervisor. If you are a returning notetaker and you have NOT yet completed a returning notetaker application, please do so now. You can download that application HERE (hyperlink to returning notetaker application) or stop by my office over at Achieve. As a returning notetaker, you have probably mastered most of the paperwork requirements of the job, but if you have not, some of the information below will be useful to you. Also, there will be times when you do not have an ROS form, and can't stop by the office to get one. We have included one here so you can always be only a few clicks away from printing one up.
Through the course of the semester, any new information pertaining to notetakers about trainings, about preparations for next semester, etc., will be posted here. Please bookmark this page (provide an address to specifically bookmark to) and refer back to it regularly.
This page will NOT take the place of your notetaker file at Achieve. You still need to check that regularly, you still need to turn in ROS forms, etc., but this page may save you some leg work if you have forgotten something or need a form.
